About Kelly

Hi! My name is Kelly, and I am an artist specializing in oil painting and gouache illustration. I paint and draw the joys of life from my sunny studio located outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

I have loved art for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I spent hours playing with color: paint on canvas, ink on paper — even glittery crayon on the wall when I was very young! I earned a bachelor's degree in studio art and history, and studied classical realism and plein air painting at the Florence Academy of Art and London Fine Art Studios.

I began live painting and illustrating guest portraits at friends’ weddings and have cherished every opportunity since. It is so much fun creating works of art from life, especially those that celebrate special occasions in picturesque settings.

My work aims to highlight the beauty and joy shared among loved ones in their favorite places. I delight in the details that bring each piece to life — a soft brushstroke, a bright smile, a twinkling light. It is an honor to capture life’s most meaningful moments in paint and to create personalized keepsakes to treasure for years to come.
